Bomin Group is a professional high-tech PCB manufactory. It is formed by three filiales: ShenZhen Bomin Electronic Co., Ltd, MeiZhou Bomin Electronic Co., Ltd, and TaiZhou Botai Electronic Co., Ltd. Bomin Group was developed from ShenZhen Bomin Electronic Co., Ltd, which was founded in 1994. The main products range from 2 layers to 16 layers circuit board, including microwave high frequency circuit boards, aluminum base circuit boards, and HDI circuit boards with blind and buried vias. They are mainly used for computer, mobile phones, power supply, digital products, etc., which are sold domestic and overseas. Our long-term cooperating customers are ZTE, SONY, HITACHI, Sanyo, SANTAK, EAST, SAMSUNG, etc.
Pursuing in developing new techniques in PCB manufacture, we have fostered a qualified product-development team and professional management staff. Access to advanced manufacture equipments and testing technique, i.e. CNC drilling machines imported from Germany Mania and HK Songlin, the inspection equipment Flying Probe Testing machine and AOI testing machine imported from Japan and German, etc., we can meet the requirements of different clients exactly.
We observe national law, regulation and are environmental friendly. Guaranteed by Quality Assurance System with certificates of ISO9001:2000 ,ISO 14001, the quality of all products can meet the standard of IPC, MIL and UL. Furthermore, we implement QC08000 to control the hazardous substances through the production process to ensure our products meet with the RoHS and WEEE instruction.
Since 2005, MeiZhou Bomin Electronic Co., Ltd was put into production. As a result, our production capacity has expanded rapidly and reached 60000ŠO(DPCB/MPCB) per month. To share the whole resources within the group, we apply ERP system in the production which had unified allocation of resources range from material purchasing, human resource management, product planning, and delivery to payment.
